Training & Instruction
This week is ideal for anyone learning to skate, refining their technique, or transitioning from roller skiing to snow.
We begin with the fundamentals of skating, breaking each skill into simple, progressive steps to ensure steady improvement. The programme is tailored to individual goals and areas of focus.
Each day includes two coaching sessions:

Morning Session
  • Technical instruction
  • Emphasis on correcting faults and developing core skating skills
  • Building a strong technique foundation

Afternoon Session
  • Skiing on local trails
  • Applying morning techniques in real conditions
  • Focus on one or two key elements to reinforce learning
  • Video feedback is included to help identify errors and track improvements.
Coaching follows the latest methods used at elite level and by international instructors.

This course is well suited to newcomers to cross‑country skiing as well as those progressing toward biathlon or cross‑country racing. All ages are welcome.
