Basic information:
Training & Instruction This is a standard week for all levels in both skate and classic The week a 50 / 50 classic and skate course, in general starting with classic, but depending on the group we will arrange this to best fit the groups requirements. The week will start with the fundamental core technical areas of cross-country skiing, then progress the skills to develop a strong and well defined set of skills to increase skiing efficiency. Each day, the lessons will be broken down into small and simple steps that produce a greater level of progress in both techniques.
Program The week will be structured to each person's needs and what they would like to improve on. Each day, there will be two training/instruction blocks.
Ski Hire The local ski hire can offer top-level equipment

Gsieser Tal Lauf Marathon
This week also has the option to take part in the Gsieser Tal Lauf Marathon on the 20th & 21st. *NOTE, this is a self arranged transfer to the race venue, and we recommend that if you are wishing to take part in this race contact us for advise. About Obertilliach
Obertilliach is a village in Austria's Osttirol, not far from the Italian border and 40 minutes from the popular skiing town of Dobbiaco. It has become a favorite training area for biathletes due to its snow record, and in recent years has developed some excellent tracks and a first-rate shooting range, which has enabled it to host IBU Cup biathlon races. Obertilliach is also renowned for its rustic charm, most of the houses are made from wood and there are some excellent cafes, hotels, and an all-important bakery in the village. Travel Suggested flights to and from Innsbruck or Salzburg It is suggested that you look at the first flight in and the last flight out, this will give plenty of time for the train or bus connections.
