Exciting News for the 2024-2025 Winter Season at Totally Nordic!
We are thrilled to introduce video feedback and coaching for all our courses this winter season.

Video feedback enhances our daily instruction by providing a clearer understanding of your technique and highlighting areas that need improvement.

Visual feedback is crucial for developing your skills, allowing us to identify key areas for improvement and track your progress from the beginning to the end of the course.

WHY USE VIDEO ANALYSIS?
  • Improves technique and performance.
  • Help prevent injuries, re-injuries, and pain due to poor technique and body positioning.
  • Highlights strengths and weaknesses.
  • Provides instant visual feedback.
  • Useful to track improvement over a period of time.
  • Allows the subject to reflect on their performance and compare their technique with professional athletes.

Understanding

By showing the client short video clips of their skiing during the first few hours of the course, they will gain a visual understanding of the areas of their technique that need improvement. This visual feedback, combined with the instructor’s insights, will provide the client with a clearer understanding of the necessary corrections.
