Learn - Develop - Progress
When you book onto the Dolomitenlauf course in Obertilliach, this will gain you extra instruction and coaching benefits over the summer months to ready you for the on snow course and ready for the Dolomitenlauf ski marathon races. 

This is a free program for those who have booked onto the winter course, for others we can offer many options for roller ski instruction and coaching leading into your next winter season of cross-country skiing.

  • 1 - 1 & Group Roller Ski Instruction
    • Custom built programs to maximise the development process 
    • Roller ski fault analysis with correction drills
    • Developing on snow skills on roller skis
    • Progress monitoring and support 
  • Strength training for cross-country skiing
    • Specific cross-country strength programs
    • Strength programs to fit with your work life balance
    • In person strength training
  • Fitness coaching and programs
    • Developing all aspects of fitness for cross-country skiing
    • Program development and performance monitoring 
  • Roller skiing video feedback with ongoing assessment
    • Monitoring technique development via video feedback
