Summer Training
Totally Nordic will be moving back to Austria for the start of September for a few month of summer training and will be able to offer training courses in the village of Obertilliach.

This is still a great opportunity to continue to develop and build your strength for the next winter season and return to roller skiing. All programs are fun, and as easy or hard as you would like to make them. But will will give full support and monitoring to make sure that you are progressing in all areas of your strength training from home, garden or the park.
